RoiD Novice...22% Body fat, What Juice is beneficial to take...if any?
Currently I got Sus250 along with some D-BoL
tabs. Was curious to know if this type of
juice is worth taking when my BF% is 22%??
Majority of the fat is around my stomach!
Is it a wise decision to use the juice and
do cardio 4 to 5 days a week? I wanna
obviously lower my BF and increase muscle! Or would that
be a complete waste of gear and time?

Lower your bf first. Get your diet and training in check before you even consider using AS.

bro, go down to at leats 15% bf man, or u wont see any substantial gains. if i were u i would go down to 10% bf brother ! diet and cardio. i also wouldnt do cardio while cycling becuz it only increases the number of calories u need to consume everyday, which is already substantially high !

However, i do agree that he should drop his BF to around 15% before doing any AS. Also, (not a flame) he needs to do a little more research.

why add fat to fat? drop bf% in my opinion.

4 out the 5 of you have leaned towards dropping my BF before
starting any juice...so I'll stick with my cardio and diet before
doing anything...but I'm gettin fuckin anxious though!!
