Hi,

Today i started Helix Pharma Clen - 200mcg/ml.

I was suggested to run 10mcg morning/10 mcg lunch,
there is too many "suggestions".

What the Feck is the right one?

Also im struggling converting MCG into MLS! but i see everyone has the same problem.
Now i only need to be told once lol

Help a woman out!

*Im running with 1ml insulin syringes

There is so much more hlep with tablets over oral liquid WAHHHHH!

200mcg/mL means if you took 1mL you'd be getting 200mcg clen. Waaayyy too much. If you want 10mcg, you would use 1/20mL, or .05mL. I put it in those terms bc you mentioned using a 1mL syringe and wanting to use 10mcg at a time. My suggestion of you want to use only 10mcg is to get a smaller syringe.
As for dosing recommendations: if clen is suitable for you, you can use more than 10mcg at a time. As an example, my coach put me on 40mcg in the morning for a few days. When I knew I tolerated it well we added a second 40mcg dose each day. After a few more days we added a third. After 3 weeks on I took a 3 week break. I'm now titrating up again on my second clen cycle.

TS, a dosing error could be very serious. Based in what Marcus wrote, I'd take back my recs and go with what he says. I'm new to this myself

Yes its very common and there are many people who have issues with liquid clen and the RC guys. I would defiantly stick with tablets and pharm grade are easily available. I'm not a lover of research chems anyway in general especially when it comes to dosing something what we need to be accurate with

If you are in Texas you can find them in tablet form. Just have to look harder.

every .1ml (there's 10 in a full ml) any way for every .1ml, that's 20mcg.

titrate up from 20mcg to 60mcg upping dose by 10mcg every 3 days. hold at max dose for a week and drop it

So as you can see so as you can see a very small amount of liquid is going to be what your daily doses so to dose this safely you're going to need to get yourself someone milliliters syringes without needle tips that way you can accurately dose 20 micrograms cuz just a few drops can be a lot more medicine than you realize

Yeah, not matter what I read im confused. but I understand theres only one way and thats to be ACCURATE.
my syringes at 1ml and I have been dosing 5 units.
i will go to the chemist and see if they have smaller ones.
is there a thread with pictures of syringes with the measurments?

I ran clen up to 100mcg. didn't feel jack

I'm currently take 40mcg 2x/day and I don't feel much. For some reason ephedrine and albuterol hit me harder (in a bad way) than clen . Maybe consider yourself lucky not to have sides

how long before you notice its "kicked in" like my eyes get a bit dry

I could feel it making me jittery, etc. but as far as accelerated fat loss. none.

I like ECA better
