Winstrol and Anavar for Women: Time on and off?

It looks like conventional wisdom says women don't need to take any PCT substances after a Winny or Var cycle, but they do need to cycle off either one after a certain number of weeks.

How many weeks off do women need after a 4-, 8-, or 12-week cycle? The goal is not to "kickstart" the HPTA, but rather to avoid long-term side effects, from what I gather.

6 weeks for a female Anavar cycle at 5mg for a beginner, then 10 mg for experienced. I have seen some run up to 20 mg. Depends on the age of the woman and what her goals on. Rule of thumb is time on cycle should be the same for time off cycle to keep your hormone levels stable.

Haha ok gotcha that makes sense lol. I appreciate your sense of humor.

Unfortunately I don't know a whole lot about women and AAS, but I do know you ladies are still supposed to stick to time on= time off which is pretty self explanatory. Dosages usually don't exceed 20mg/day for both of those compounds. Winny being the stronger of the two IMO and would yield better results overall. Sorry I don't have more experience to share with you. I'm sure someone on here has more extensive knowledge to share with you. Good luck!

    I’ve seen 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks. I find 8 weeks to be my sweet spot

    Time on = time off

Ok cool. This is for my wife. I'm a guy.

She wanted to do a cycle while I did one, so I got her some winny. Now we're both off, and she's like "but this sucks now."

Thanks for confirming what I told her: time on = time off.

For those of you women who've done a few winny-only cycles: any benefit to doing shorter ones, like one month on, one off, rinse and repeat?

One of my female acquaintance at my gym whom I have known for many years got on gear. Man, she's looking pretty man-ish. My feeling about women on gear, I mean Test/Tren type of gear, is that they look good on stage but not so good up close. I'm not into man-ish looking women. As for time off/on for anavar /winstrol ? It's similar to the men. 6 to 8 week on and 3 to 6 months off.
