Anabolics to speed injury recovery
Hello,
I'm new here, I'm a distance runner, and I'm injured. I've strained a calf muscle and I have a couple of big races coming my way soon. I would do just about anything to get back to serious training. I'm curious what your thoughts are on using an anabolic to speed recovery from a muscle strain. I don't want to take a corticosteriod for pain, I want to repair the damanged muscle. I don't need muscle buik and I don't intend to take a steroid beyond the injury recovery process. I've never taken anabolics. Seems that if anabolics build muscle then they should help repair a damaged muscle, no? Further, would you suggest a specific steriod ? Dosing? Cost? I'm also not concerned with passing or failing a drug test. All information is appreciated. Thanks.

Steroids are not for healing, it will do little or nothing to your calf tear/strain.
Recommend ice and rest.

I'm taking TB500 for a bicep stain. Its feeling better, but its NOT a miracle fix. You could try BPC157, its supposed to be similar, but I've never tried it.
