I've always done 1 needle per draw and 1 needle per injection. When needles cost 4 cents why chance it.

Needles seem to be hard to pierce my skin when they are brand new. I wouldn't want to try it when they are blunt after 1 or more piercings.

I buy a 100 26ga pins for injections and 18ga for drawing. I switch them out religiously because they're cheap and more comfortable when sharp. Yes, of course you can use 1 pin for 2 sites. I don't because I got a bunch of pins I can use.
