    11 months later - Proving all the haters wrong.... Like I KNEW

    11 months difference. After pic on the right taken today at 14.00 after my 'Legs' workout.

    I am 7 weeks into my second cycle (Test E 750 / Decca 750 / D Bol 50mg)

    When I came off last time I lost 10% of gains and about 5lbs of my 30 gained. No one said a thing, the difference was minimal. My training and diet stayed consistent.

    I am still a solid 30lbs up from the first pic. The difference is body fat. My metabolism turns into an insane machine. I am eating 4500 cals a day and cannot get over 200lbs. It seems I build muscle and burn fat even at such a high cal surplus.

    I will get shit loads of negative comments, excuse and accusations.... I am aware of that, but I do not give a fuck... I have proved every one of you wrong.

    To the none haters and the rational, fair play to you, but you still doubted I am sure.

    I am a man of my word and I told you I would be back. So rest assured I will do the same next summer after I cut down to 8/10% body fat... I will prove you all wrong again if you have doubts that my gains will all magically go. (what a load of fucking shit)

    The most valuable thing I have learnt is that AAS isn't as much of a big deal FOR ME as it was made out. I have however had REGULAR blood tests and have never experienced bad sides other than some minor spots on my shoulder and sweating like mad at night. I am lucky.

    I am absolutely not saying you shouldn't treat AAS with the upmost respect as everyone is different, but for me, I simply have had no negative issues, only positive ones. Even with the crazy shit I had to do in my first cycle.

    I always did bloods and I always used the right meds like Adex (1mg a week) and on this cycle Caber (1mg a week).

    No anger issues, no dick issues, no health issues whatsoever.

    I haven't had any issues keeping my gains at all. Of course I am cycle now and the gains have kicked at week 7, making me fuller... But size wise, there is no major difference...

    It is safe to stay that a LOT of you have no idea what you're on about and simply hated on my thread as I took a totally unorthodox approach. This is one of the most satisfying days of my life.

    I get comments absolutely EVERYWHERE I go. From friends, to family, even a taxi driver the other day asked what my routine was... So save your 'you dont look any different' shit.... It has reached the point I can no longer grow my frame as my head is tiny as it is haha, so it looks stupid. I am focussing now on my chest and skinny calves. I doubt they will ever even out due to genetics mind.

    I will bulk for the next 5 weeks of my cycle and then cruise till Jan and do a Prop, Mast, Tren cut for summer.

    To the newbies and people that followed my thread or that may want to find it.... I would have waited 3 months before starting AAS, but I absolutely DO not regret it. Doing this cycle was the best thing I have ever done. It has improved my confidence beyond belief. I banged more women in the last 11 months than age 16 - 30 Test... Seriously though.. If I could've done what I have without it or not, being on motivated me. A cycle is th best thing I have ever done and according to my most recent bloods, my health is absolutey sound with not 1 issue (other than highly unnatural levels of Test lol)

    I did have a crazy ride with fake gear and alsorts of issues that complicated things, so with that being said. Try and find a REAL, tested and proven reputable source.

    500mg of Test E or C a week is the dose I would use if I started all over again.

    Good work man

    I will point out, the way and frequency you're cycling, pct is counter productive.

    Just cruise low dose test between cycles, you'll feel better and get to your goals much quicker and be more healthy over all

    Yes I wont be doing a PCT after week 12 as will cruise. I plan on doing the cut for summer then the updated Super PCT. I will see where I am at after summer and come back with an honest update, like this HONEST update...

    I recommend 50 mg test E or c EOD for cruise.

    Only a 6mg difference from peak to trough levels

    This is my next task....

    Some say 250 every week, 250 every 10 days, 50mg EOD..... TBH I will prob stick to M/T 125mg a week.

    I have tested Test E thats coming in at 270mg per cc. It hurts like hell sometimes.

    Because I am on my second cycle, not my first lol.

    I said, if I was to do MY first cycle again..... Due to bunk gear twice...... I used Test E, Test C, Prop and T Bol.....

    I just mean to hit your upper chest. It will fill you out a lot more and complete your upper. Dont gotta go heavy. Just feel it in your chest not your delts

    I do not do any barbell bench work. My wing span is 6.2f (height 6.1) Just not designed for it. It just fucks my shoulders, no mater my form...

    I do not lift heavy at all. I go for high reps and get the blood and muscle pumped to fuck. I challenge myself and go to failure on my last set....

    Squat PB on the rack is 120kg
    Deadlift from the floor is 140kg

    I do not do anywhere near that now as I simply do not need to and numerous studies have show that lifting heavy vs more volume produces no better muscle growth.... Plus decreases injury...

    I do not care about strength and as you can see, lift PUSSY weights .....But it go's to show you do not need this 'lift big to get big' mentality... Another myth busted by my own progress...

    I have no desire to be that freaky strong guy... I just want look good and feel better in my own skin. So this approach works well for me.

    Thanks bud. It sucks still. I am happy be be honest with you guys. It has got shape now and some growth in the lower... But yeah, the top is majorly lacking still..

    and by your logic a good second cycle is 1850mg a week...
    what is a good third cycle??? over 3 grams a week??

    I am just pointing out that I think you could be getting the same gains with less gear...

    Of course that logic you said makes sense and I absolutely wont argue it. The honest truth is... I just wanted to see what would happen doing 750/750/50mg

    Blood tests are good as of this week. But you're right. I do have it in my mind that more = better results and I will fully admit that this is one thing I am most likely wrong about. I just wanted to see how it went.

    In hindsight I should have done 500mg Test /300mg Deca and / 30mg Dbol . I guess I am greedy.

    -

    Third bulk ycle I think would be Test 250mg and EQ 750mg with Dbol kick start / 16 weeks. Keep it simple.

    I do have a tendency to overdo things and it is something I cannot abuse with AAS.

    I do not see any benefit from the Dbol or Deca in this cycle to be fully honest.

    Jokes and being a bit of a dick aside (as proving people wrong.....a LOT of people.... is sooooooo sweet), this site / forum has some decent guys in it who are just trying to help.

    I did learn a lot and although I felt in my heart I would prove you wrong due to my work ethic and what I believe to be some common sense (weight isn't just going to fall off because you was undersized..sorry), I have leant a lot. So thank you to those that did take their time to try and help me.

    I wont be arguing or going back and forth. I was a man and came back here as I said I would.

    I will do so in 8 - 10 months and update you, good or bad !

    Test P - 100mg EOD

    Liver Protector


    A fairly standard cut. And yes, Tren on a third cycle!... why? Because I want too thats why haha.


    Hoping I can get sub 10% and not lose much size. Time will tell.

    Haven't read your previous thread with all the haters you are talking about, but good work on the progress. Clearly you are a hard gainer and put on some size which was your goal.

    Don't obsess over what others think, this is a decision for you and only you. All this talk about "getting more chicks than before" and "cab drivers asking if I workout" means nothing and is just mental weakness. Clearly this stuff is very important to you as you are deciding to ramp up the gear to almost 2G on a 2nd or 3rd cycle and cruise.

    What if you get injured, have to stop for health reasons or a life even comes up where you lose a bunch of size, it sounds like you would off yourself with the attitude you have.

    Anyways keep up the hard work and drop the, I told you so, attitude - it does nobody any good.

    Life is challenge and I approach each day as it comes. Ive done that entire transformation with a torn rotator cuff. There are more important things in life than muscle. If I had to quit the gym and lost a lot of my gained muscle, I would just work through it like I did my injury and gain it back over the right amount of time.

    With what you have said, I am happy to try a lower dosage for the cut. Maybe half everything. Absolutely would be down for that to prove I am not a know it all. A cut is all about the diet right.....

    haha no doubt bro. I could have got that natty, but I think the AAS motivated me beyond belief and helped my mindset in terms of my content injuries. Do not regret doing AAS.

    When I go on stage, I am not competing against anyone else except myself. I may not get the placing I wanted (1st), but as long as I have a better version, then I won. Yes, I like taking the trophy’s home, and I have been extremely lucky to place every year. I placed 2nd last year and third this year, but this year I had the best version yet. Next year, I will hopefully have an even better version.

    Lowering the dosage at this stage would definitely be a good start! I know it can be hard but just ignore the comments or haters, you are on an online board after all. Same thing happened with me when I posted before cycle photos and was told I look like shit and am not ready etc. - honestly think it is just people trying to pump their own ego's up by looking down on people on the internet 1/2 the time.

    Regardless, try to act like you've been there before. The best revenge, if you want to call it that, is to just prove people wrong and just know that you were right all along to yourself. Sort of like when an ex girlfriend sees you with a new hotter girl and you don't even care enough to see the look on her face when she sees you with that new girl haha. Nothing crushes her soul more knowing that you are now indifferent.
