Injury during a cycle - what now?
Hi. I am 9 weeks into a (very mild) first cycle (blast and cruise). I have injured my shoulder and can't train my upper body, probably for some time. I have also injured my ankle but can still walk.
Should I carry on or just return to my usual TRT dose and try again next year? Do I go sraight to my previous 100mg from 360mg or work my way down?
Should I use the injury to get rid of my body fat using a cross trainer, even though I will lose quite a lot of mass.? Cross trainers seems fine even with a dodgy ankle.
Thanks

I'd drop back to a TRT test dose, run low dose deca , low dose var and GH for their healing properties. But that's me.

What exactly is wrong with your shoulder?

What kind of low dose would you consider useful. I have been dealing with golfers elbow for nearly 4 months, it doesn’t seem to be getting much better or worse. I have continued training with it but have stopped doing exercises that aggravate it (weighted pull ups mostly). Would deca help with this?
Thank you

This would be best to do. No need to run higher test base, just cruise at TRT dose like kel says.
GH speeds up the healing of tissue and deca pumps fluid to your joints which in return leads to better joint health.
