    Stretching muscle fascia

I am going to start shooting biceps and triceps. Have never shot more than .5ml in either. How much can they take? And will it actually stretch the fascia to allow the muscle to grow?
On a side note... I’ve been thinking of using painless pumps for stretching muscle fascia as well. Mainly in shoulders and arms. Would love to do calves as well but heard the pain is unbearable.

I can shoot the outer head of my bicep with about 2cc of oil, and the inner head with another 2cc. so thats 4cc per bicep. my outer Tricep I can do 1.5cc. my front delt 2cc. side delt 2.5cc. Pecs 1.5cc each. the lats can hold about 3cc each. so if your going to spot inject, then you have a lot of volume you can get in.
BUT work your way up. start with .5cc and go up from there.

yes you can get some localized growth effect and some fascia 'stretching' effect, but theres a little bit more to it then just spot injecting. using no ester gear / suspensions will have the most localized effect. but using oil over time can have benefits as well.

regarding painless pumps. I'd start with just one muscle group only. as just one muscle can require multiple injections at one time . example, biceps. you'll hit your outer head in two spots, then your inner head in two spots. so with both biceps your looking at a total of 8 injections in one sitting and doing that multiple times per week.
you become a pin cushion real quick.. so again , start with just one muscle group.

using the above technique for say biceps, plus adding some BFR training and high volume high blood flow training will definitely yield some growth.

BFR training? Also, have you had any experience using painless pumps in calves? That’s my main interest as my calves suck... but I can’t put myself out of work because I can’t walk lol

You could always have a go at Doggcrap style stretching for biceps. It has worked really well for some guys.

As far as calves, Stan Efferdinge bought up something Flex Wheeler got him in the habit of doing. Calf raises to failure, stretch your calves off the edge of a step while solidly supporting yourself with your hands for a minute, and bam.....jump back into more calf raises, followed by more stretching.

I would honestly try that for a good 12 weeks before I considered any type of site enhancement. Not a thing wrong with it if that what you want to do, it just isn't for me.

From what I understand, calves are the absolute most painful place to inject. If it's that painful, you won't even be able to work your calves. I wouldn't blame you one bit for trying, but be prepared for the seemingly very likely event that you'll have to skip leg day...and walking...for at least a few days after just one injection

There's a good interview with a gentleman who explains BFR training on Learn True Health podcast.

Well typical synthol protocols call for 3cc in each head (bi's and tri's) and 2cc's in each delt head...However, that must be for massive bastards as I just do 2cc's in each bicep head (remember to do one shot at the bottom and next shot at the top of the muscle) and same with tri's although I only go in the fatty head of the tricep and not all three heads.

I basically took a synthol protocol and tweaked it for my own body and use gear instead. Not that there's anything wrong with synthol as MOST pro's use it, but I'm not competing yet and will make that decision based on whether or not I need it.

So your arms are about the same size as mine so you can easily hit each head with 2cc's as GH mentioned (I think that's the perfect amount) and keep in mind that you want to slowly build it up and not overdo it. It's look phenomenal when you get it right but it also look horrible if you overdo it lol so you wanna ease into it.

Def take prog pics man. Not enough people doing this IMO as I've really been able to fill out my arms with this technique and the pumps are INSANE in the gym! So much more blood gets in there and you can literally almost see the fascia stretching lol (you can certainly feel it!)

    Totally depends on the gear.
I am running a bad blend atm and cant shoot more than .2ml in smaller groups.
If its standard cyp or the like I can shoot 1-2 ml pretty much anywhere.

I have shot up to 3ml in one tri - that's a bit much for me, I try to keep it under 2 or under in ea. . . That's any juice, my tri's are quite large and damn near never get PIP

Haven't tried a bi yet, sounds painful & not in a good way

Bis are amazingly easy. I back loaded a 29g insulin syringe and never felt a thing other than the next day soreness but I’m sure a lot of that is due to it being “ virgin muscle”. I will work my way up to 2mls. I am going to order some 28g 1/2” needles so I can use a regular syringe and get more oil in there.

So the thing to do seems to be do your bicep and or tricep injection on arm day... that will give me the best chance at stretching the fascia? I’m not ready for the synthol jump yet... and if I can stretch the fascia just from injecting the oil needed for my cycle then that’s where I’ll start for now.

Nah man you wanna go DEEP in the muscle for this to look good. I wouldn't use 1/2 inch needles for this purpose. I use 1" needles for site injection and that seems to work well. But yeah doing it preworkout works well as you'll get an insane pump and increase your mind muscle connection due to being able to "feel" the muscle better.
