Are there mild duiretics that you can take daily?

Are there mild diuretics that you can take daily to keep facial bloat down on cycles and not have long term side effects? Talking about prescription ones, not Over the Counter.

In my opinion there's no such a thing like mild diuretics. They all are serious medications also sometimes prescribed to regulate a high blood pressure. They are taken only for a period of time (if there is no serious illness of course), no longer.
I would strongly advise you to visit a good doc to check your kidney function and only then talk to him about possible diuretic medication use.

I totally agree with the guys above.
Diuretics will make you lose water weight, yes. But you are going to screw your electrolyte levels taking it daily, which could be serious trouble in return if you cannot manage it well enough.
Even doctors hesitate to prescribe diuretics to everyone. Electrolytes are very important to create intercellular potential which results with neural transmission. They are key for a healthy heart and nervous system.

Natural ones would be caffeine, dandelion, parsley, ginger, alcohol.
I know guys who have had tremendous success with coffee and vodka, but I wont recommend it.

A huge number of middle aged and elderly people are prescibed diuretics for hypertension. They're not that big of a deal, though not a great idea if you spend a lot of time outside in the heat.
    HCTZ comes to mind.
And yes, they are taken once or twice daily to maintain therapeutic levels.
