Bpc-157
Thought some of you may find this interesting as I know others here use prilosec or similar.
BPC-157 helped me heal from my recent infraspinatus tear with the side benefit of improving my GERD. I have Barretts Syndrome which is a damaged esophagus due to stomach acid. Normally I'll take a prilosec every morning but by evening I'll need a few tums to stop indigestion from rearing it's ugly head. Shortly after starting BPC I noticed I did not need it anymore and I haven't in months now. I'm considering stopping the prilosec in the morning to see how it goes.
It's fascinating stuff with a variety of uses. It can be injected or actually taken in water with the same efficacy according to some. Cost isn't bad either, especially if you use a discount code which are usually available.

Anyway, just wanted to post this to see if it can help anyone else here.

Just listened to a podcast with Scott Stevenson and Dave Crossland where they discussed bpc being derived from the gut, and DC has successfully used it to help people with crones disease, so it makes sense that it would help with other digestive issues also. I'm getting ready to pick some up to help with a nagging shoulder issue myself.

Kel,
I've read about dosing schedules of once/week to everyday, what do you suggest?

I started twice daily at 250 mcgs and after about a month dropped to once daily. I've not read any BPC protocols where it's not dosed daily. TB-500 on the other hand can be a couple times per week then dosed down to quite infrequently with little to no loss in effect, or so I've read. I ran both products initially for about 6 weeks.

Have some BPC and TB-500 coming in tomorrow, Kelkel, did you inject sub-q into the stomach only? Have a nagging knee issue so wondering if any benefits of injecting near affected site?
Thanks

What dose would you even start with for oral use?
I already heard of this used for GI issues, but not orally

For me my evening heartburn is totally gone. Next step may be to discontinue my morning prilosec and see how it goes.

I injected tonight as close as possible to the injury site(right knee) pinched as much fat as I could above the patella which was a mission as I'm sure most people here don't have too much around the area. Burned good and proper for a couple minutes and then went away. Just thought I'd mention it to the guys wanting to try it out. First day so hopefully in a couple weeks, the pain will be cleared out

I'm probably just adding more noise, I'm a big fan of BPC over TB500. Not sure what makes a difference, it's just seems to work for me.
I started out injecting it as close as possible to the injury (lower inside bicep)... But then I started hearing in other places that it wasn't necessary, so the last time I ran it (for the other arm), I just shot it in the belly and it still seemed to work.
That's just me.
Best,
C-
