    another winni ?

    Sorry fellas im new to this so bear wit me . Do you take winstrol on an empty stomach or with meals. im 5'10''/205 lbs/13%bf.

    If your taking it orally I suggest half in the A.M. with some grapefruit juice and the other half appr. 12 hrs later. It probally wouldn't hurt to have a small snack with your doses.
