I use the same pin for delt or quad. 25g 1" I also slowly push the needle in. I cant just jab it in, every shot is slow insertion and slow injection for me and rarely have had an issue. Thousands of shots maybe 4 or 5 issues.

I do the same very slow and methodical very few issues ever...

I agree with this injection method. That video on here of someone slamming the needle into their ass like a dart seems retarded to me

On trt and usually inject subq to avoid poking so many holes in my muscles. But now I’m blasting 2-3 times per year. Using test/deca /mast so can’t subq. Surgery on both shoulders so can’t possibly do glute injections as I’m as inflexible as a fuggin statue. So my only options are delts and quads.

But every time I shoot quads it hurts like balls. Tried 1/2 inch, 1 inch. Hurts going in and I almost always seem to hit a nerve/vain. And I sit there like a candy ass for like 10 mins before injecting. Am I an enormous pussy? I don’t mind getting in the ring and getting punched in the face for minutes at a time but when it comes to a quad injection my 3 year old is more of a man than me.

Anyone else have this?

Hey brodi... .just my .02 cents on the quad injections.... The way that works great for me is a 25g 5/8" pin... take your middle finger place it on your knee cap... spread your hand and as far up as your thumb goes on your thigh.... go about 2 inches to the outter part of your quad.... I PIN THERE with success everytime, no pain, always aspirate and get bubbles... it's gravy. Some may want to use a full 1" pin but each quad is different so you make that judgment call. Hope I could help

fuck calves big fella. I couldnt walk for a week. I forgot to change the loading barrell(18g) and shot with it into virgin muscle.

I would inject into my neck before I ever did calves again.

Depends on the volume. I wouldn't be trying to inject say 3CC+ without 1" or 1.5".

For the cost of needles (pennies) Id rather use a longer needle and guarantee no hiccups.

Depends on bodyfat storages.
I wont go less that an inch.
At 1.5 I have a much better ability to inject without pip in the same spot the next day.

If your needle is just passing through the fascia you can expect a hard knot later. If it is 3/4 of an inch past the fascia you can expect better absorption as it seeps between fibres and dissipates in a larger surface area.
