48 yrs old first competition

This is my 6th cycle, but my first pre contest 16 weeks, I take any suggestions, hit me hard, I am not sensitive. I am 5’10" 235 lbs solid. competition date is October 26th. Any add on or take off? Looking to bulk up some more, and then go straight with the diet and cutting.

1-10 sustanon 750 wk
1-5 deca 300 wk
1-5 dbol 30 mg ed
7-11 tren 75 mg eod
12-16 masteron 300 mg
12-16 anavar 30 mg ed
1-16 arimidex .5 mg eod

I am presently learning new ways , but I will give you my old ways. Also, it is not advised that you bill then cut, but I have done it because of time constraints: I would use all short esthers.
First thing, the last week, you do not want to be pinning. 5 weeks of deca is a waste IMO. Go with NPP. Instead of dbol, I would use anadrol . I would keep the anadrol up to week 12 (week 16 is showtime). I would up the tren and run it the whole time. Up the mast to at least 600 and run it the whole time . I would drop the test to 300. I would also add in Winnie on week12-16.

Note normally the weeks are counted down instead of up.

I would drop the AI also.
There is a lot more that goes into it like diet, workout, etc.

I want estrogen. Estrogen is extremely anabolic when you have high levels of androgens. I am not sensitive to estrogen so I can allow higher levels.
What do they do for cattle? They give them androgens and estrogen to get bigger.

Ever since I stopped trying to control my E2 with an AI, I started growing.
I really have not taken an AI in about a year and a half. I originally discarded this because that was not what I was taught. I tried it and was like- damn this whole time I was limiting my growth potential.
