Yellow spots
I was doing delt injections nearly every day until Friday when I changed the schedule to every 2 days. I was to do a shot today, when I have noticed I have 2 yellow spots on both of my front delts, right in the injection spot.
I have did front delts on Monday and Tuesday, since then I have injected rear delt on Wed and lateral on Fri. I don't see them turning yellow but I imagine it could be a matter of time. as the fronts were did earlier.
I don't have fever and feel very good. It's hard to say if the spots are warmer than the rest of the body.
I have did a search but found nothing. Anyone has an idea what is it? Some bacteria?

Maybe. I don't have that much muscle in my front delts.
But shouldn't bruise have a pinkish color, while this one looks like some yellowish infected nasty crap ?
Also I never noticed it until now. Ans happened 2 times in a row. I have been using front delts for 2 weeks I think.
I might add I have been using 27G (0.5mm) x 2cm (4/5 inch) and hitting each delt head every 6 daysLast edited by mac34; 06-23-2019 at 04:37 AM.

It's just a light hematoma due to shot trauma. Nothing more. It will pass in a few days. Change site injection in the meanwhile. Relax and moving foward

Thanks for re-assuring me guys! I went ahead and did another shot in the middle delts. I just never had a bruise from injection and it freaked me out a little bit.
I use 20mmx0.5mm (which I think is is 3/4" 27G). I started doing front delts pretty recently. My front delts seem much smaller than middle or rear. When I inject middle or rear, I can feel a good chunk of muscle, while the fronts are really small. Maybe I'm not big enough for this.
I'm changing my injection routine to every 2 days, so 4 spots from middle and rear delts should be enough to omit the fronts.

I see the title and think, "finally someone pees a little during their routine too, sometimes".
Thought I finally might get some answers...
