who plays by the rules
I was just wondering if everybody has equal time off when their on their off cycle. Who all plays by the rules?

I like to take at least 250 mg of some kinda test a week while i'm waiting for my next cycle. It's really hard for me to keep that kinda weight on, plus i stay lean and looking buff if i'm eating like shit.

well,
for the guys who are newer to this game, this should be rule number 1 imho.
until you find out how your body reacts to certain compounds, and what your post cycle recovery does for you, then theres no need to either stay on constantly, or take a LITTLE time off.
guys who are more experienced know how their bodies react to a lot of different drugs, and they know how to come off. they also know what to expect when they DO come off.
that being said, theres a lot of aas out there that you can get the most benefit out of when run a certain length of time.....eq comes to mind. this needs to be planned for when you consider your pct when the cycle is over.

i agree with ironforlife. i am newer to the game and have one cycle under my belt. I plan on being off for at least the time i was on. give me more cycles, and blood work, and i will see how my body reacts to everything, then i'll go from there.

I was thinking about running some primo on my off cycle but I don't want to mess myself up in the proccess. What's the worst thing that can happen by doing this, anything?

Ah ok, i got you confused with someone else who was 17. Just making sure. Ya i don't think it'd be wise to run it like that.

You won't recover so essentially you are still on when doing your primo bridge. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have made the decision to stay on year round.

I was thinking at first after clomid starting just primo cycle in between cycles. I heard some false statements from some friends that said you could run primo in between cycles and it wouldn't hurt you. I believe all ya'll on the board over those idiots. So I've decided not to do this.

I stay off as long as I'm on and it kills me..I have to fight temptation the whole time...I have this underlying fear when I am on my cycle that I will not be able to function after so I always stay off for awhile to make sure I still have "it" when I'm off.

So far, so good. I allow more time off than time on.

i'll add to that...at this point, i've only done 2 cycles and they've been 12 weeks each spread over 2 full years...it'll be awhile before i continue...so yea, i'd say i play by the rules

I go by blood work before during and after a cycle. Cycles usually run about 12-15 weeks followed by at least 8-12 weeks off depending on blood work.

always off more than on...so I play by the rules.

I've done two cycles , ready to start a third.
I go with time on = time off (at least ) I love steroids and the results I get form them, so I plan on doing them as long as my health (and money) permit me to.
I have no plans on doing something stupid and screwing myself up for the rest of my life.

i did my first like 4 years ago. waiting on the rest of my gear to come in to start second. If all goes well, i will start in 2 weeks. I already have my 3rd planned out for mid 2004, pending on if i get married or not---money reasons.

Ive have been off for about 3 weeks not and I think I am going to start back at the begining of dec. My last cycle was 16 weeks. I probobly wouldnt be taking off this long but my next cycle will be fina for the first time and from what I have read it is one of the harshes steroids for your body, so I want to make sure that im fresh when I start.

I don't believe in rules. Needless to say it'd take some serious convincing to get me off cycle.

8-10 wks on 6-8 wks off...it all depends on my cycle. This comes from experience and like said above knowing what my body wants and needs...

I never got a rule book so I make my own. On most of the time, anti e's as needed andhcg if my nuts start shrinking. When I do go off for an extended period I will do clomid for 3 months at a time.

I split the year, stay on 6months, (ok, more like 8) then off 4-6 months.

time off > time on
I just like everything to get totally back to normal for a while before I start another cycle.

Pheedno hit the nail on the head, it should be all about blood work, no if and or buts about it. Heck it's only your body.
