All depends on the look you’re going for suppose. It barrel chested/power lifter look with high BF% is your goal, then start slamming fried chicken and Mac and cheese. I know people always hating you should see the guy next to a ifbb pro guy towers over them! Tells me meal prep are ridiculous and food is the secret to getting big don’t matter if the chicken is fried or not! And you get big by getting stronger! Food helps you get stronger this guy eats pizza for post workout meals crazy!

It’s all about goals man. Figure out what you want and work for it. One mans trash is another mans treasure. You get one body and it’s yours to do with what you please. No one on here has the right to decide for you. If that’s what you strive to be, then shoot for the stars. Fried chicken and post workout pizza makes me double over thinking about it. Needing someone to help me tie my shoes or scratch the back of my head isn’t a goal. I’m not here to to tell you yours though...

I would bet the house he does or has used steroids but who cares. I don’t have an urge to look like that to each their own. I could be much bigger if I wanted to look like a body builder but I’m not trying to add bulk to any place I can on my body.

That varies so much from person to person. Some people have to do everything right, and some people can eat like straight shit. That’s very much genetic. In general though, genetic anomalies are not the best people to take advice from, because what works for them doesn’t work for most people. However, I doubt very much that anyone has ever suffered any set backs by doing everything 100% the best way they can, and no matter what you can creep by with, you’re still robbing yourself of your true potential if you’re not giving it 100%

Yes, I’m sure you could look like him. I completely disagree that meal prep is a waste and because of your genetics and size, fat gain is going to be an issue for you, but the plus side is you can probably put on mass easily too. I remember your last thread about d bol and feel a diet thread would take a similar course. You’re going to do what your going to do. Can’t ever take genetics for granted though bro, they are hugest
You should be grilling boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Take on whatever marinade you put on them and easy to cook. Oven at 400 for 20-30 minutes or grill at medium:high at 8 minutes a side!
Chicken breaths get old quick and are dry as hell. Thighs have more fat which means more flavor and they don’t dry out

Sorry you got your feelings hurt. I only stay on this sub forum and I don’t know everyone on here. That’s why I said from everyone I see. All the people mentioned by Windex I’ve never seen a post from. I’m going by avatars obviously. You look great btw. I’ve been in the gym long enough to know how a guy looks from a coupe of pics. He has the mass and thickness I think looks good. I don’t care abut abs and shredded shoulders. I like that beefy look more than the shredded look. He has good proportions. Well developed, full chest. You can see the lats are developed. Anyway, it’s my opinion, laugh all you want.

I agree on the full look but thats all marky was. He posted the same two pics like me, and never competed like me.
I do assure you though. If cuz was 20% bf your mind would be blown if you like the fuller look.
Lean mass is lean mass.
I am bigger than charger and an inch or two shorter but there is no comparison on stage.
There is a "pop" that makes any human say, "wtf... This guy is ridiculous huge!"
Lower bodyfat is the thing that sets it of in people over 200 lbs of Fat free mass under 6'.
Its a natural thing.

Quite frankly I hate what I am. I know I can do better and I see a scrawny bitch in the mirror to the point it makes me a cincieted bitch. Everyone I meet tells me different, but its not about what they see. What I see rules and I see a failure.

Dimethazine is no joke (remember superdrol? It's 2 SD molecules bonded together). He eats a ton, lifts heavy, has good genetics, (ab)uses oral steroids , and has like 25% BF. No mystery here.

Never tried it personally. From what I recall when it was released, guys were saying it was a bit weaker than Superdrol (you just need to dose a little higher), but with less side effects. Granted, this was over 10 years ago, and the reviews may not have been the most objective.

A random guy on a steroid forum that ive never seen or know anything about will not hurt my feelings, no sir. I have seen guys in person at my gym here where i live in the 250 and 260 range that will destroy him and me included. I mean its all genetics, i preach it hard, the gear has put about 20lbs on me genetics genetics genetics and then training style and diet is second.
Just because YOU like the “beefy” look doesnt mean you can make a statement saying “well hes better than anyone on this forum yada yada there are some big motherfuckers here that never post trust me. Have a good one

Which is why I said "than anyone I see." I've been posting on this subforum almost daily since 2018, and this is like the second time I see you post. Maybe you were in the other sections. The rest of the guys you talk about, sure, if I saw them I would say otherwise. But from the guys I know on here and the pics they post, I think the guy in the pic looks better. Looks better than me, too. Not trying to hate, but I don't get why everyone is downing that guy like he's some slob, he's not. He's definitely a monster. And if he's natural, more power to him.
