What is gualfenesin?
I bought some ephedrine from a gas station, 60 25mg tablets for $6.99.The label reads "Ephedrine HCL 25mg Gualfenesin 200mg"
What is the Gualfenesin part? Is it the same as caffine or do I need to get seperate caffine tabs?

Jdawg is correct. You will need to get caffeine tabs to go along w/the tabs you have.

It is simply added because eph. can't be sold alone, and it is thought that since guaifenesin may cause drowsiness it was added to somewhat prevent excess stimulatory effects caused by the eph. But in the doses it is combined with, the stimulatory effects definately predominate. It is an expectorant (mucus thinning agent-irritates gastric mucosa and stimulates respiratory tract secretions, thereby increasing respiratory fluid volumes and decreasing phlegm viscosity),and is not a decongestant (you are probably thinking of pseudoeph.) You will still get the effects you are after. You usually find these products sold in gas-stations. If you really want a good otc stim, try to find something that has caffeine or the herbal equivalent, like stackers II. They are getting harder and harder to find as there is more pressure to ban eph sales. But I guarantee the eph-guai combo will work. You can always buy the no-doz to add to it for that extra stimulatory effect!!!
