    Minimum amount of gear to maintain muscle?

    I am cutting calories. Definitely not getting stronger or building muscle so running a lot of gear is just a waste on multiple fronts. Currently running 175mg test c for trt. You think that's sufficient to not lose muscle?

    I would say that dose would be highly dependent upon several variable. Some of which are what is your current weight/size, how far beyond your natural potential are you, how long have you carried the current size (meaning how long have you maintained the muscle which is beyond what you could naturally carry). There’s likely other factors but these pop out to me as important.

    I think a lot of people way over estimate natural potential ( especially in regards to carrying lean muscle). Example I was beating myself into the dirt naturally to get to 180lbs fairly lean, geared up for a nick over a year I carry 210 lbs almost as lean. For me my last cruise was about 350mg test and I was able to maintain. The longer I hold 210lbs I have a feeling the cruise dosage may go down a bit as hopefully my body will be more acclimated to the size.

    I am leaning towards your natural genetic size.
    If u were already stocky and can hit some decent weight before steroids 150-175 would be easy to maintain.
    But for me I have a tall thinner frame with thinner elbow tendons then someone who is shorter and natural stocky.
    I need 200 test and maybe 30mg anavar or 200 primo.

    MK677 is good for maintaining mass... and even gaining while off cycle.

    Hard to say

    Rn I’m running just test at 250mg a week + 20mg daily Var - haven’t lost shit in months, aside from some hardness/definition


    For most of us commoners, about 200mg a week of test + maybe another light compound


    This definitely can’t stand true with the guys who are 250++ year round
