Hey guys, been awhile since I have been on here. I am going to be competing in a men's physique competition, 23 weeks and 6 days out right now & just looking to see if anyone has had experience with men's physique cycles or any pre contest cycle really.

Stats: 25 years old, 215 lbs (finishing bulk), 6'3'' tall, training 8 years, about 12-13% body fat I stay really lean year round, this will be my first show

I have read some of people using test/tren /mast/winny for 12-ish weeks before the show. I have used tren before so it wouldn't be a big deal to use that for me, was really just wanting some input on other's previous cycles before shows... THANKS!!
