Looks crashed to me, but usually a good hot water bath will remedy that if the solvent ratios were anywhere in the ballpark and it's a standard concentration.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

If you have a coffee pot turn it on and place it on the warming plate. Swirl it a few times and let it warm until everything is completely dissolved.

It looks like it crashed bro! From my personal experience when my gear crashes I just change source and move on and if they where on sale well maybe now you know why they where. Haven;t had that problem with my current source

If there's no crystallization left then yeah it can be good to go even though I have heard very few cases of mast crashing. Most of the times when it crashes it's cause it wasn't suspended well in the first place. I mean you can try and give it a go but i do reccomend you going into more reliable sources where your wear won't be crashing cause when gear crashes the question is how legit is the gear and how reliable it is also
