    Food=muscle
    Bulk=nutrient rich foods, red meat,eggs,etc
    Or be the guy on a gram, bitching about genetics

    Apologies I didn't read whole thread, just the GH's opener..It strikes home because I over used gear and didn't eat enough, I've always trained too much because I adore training..anyways eat mf'rs
