Am sorry if my question sounds stupid for some but is it legal to order peptides online?is there any risk of falling into trouble if i do so?

Legality varies according to location, so we can't say for sure. But you'll be just fine, just be careful where you buy those peptides from. A lot of vendors sell crap that is either fake or totally underdosed (just like UGLs)

It's legal to order peptides online with a prescription. Majority of risk is with the seller of the drugs.
