    Clen and preventing Heart hypertrophy

    Council,
I have come to you today to discuss something about clen which may have already been discussed but ok please bear with me.

I have used clen for 2 weeks in the past and got great results. During that time, I started dosing with 20mcg and went a maximum of 80 mcgs. It was okay, not anything great but it worked it seemed.

At what dosage of clen, does it become quite heavy on the heart? If I were to cycle it 2 weeks on and off twice (20-80mcgs), lift weights per usual and throw in a brisk walk extended cardio which is LISS and not too straining on the heart. Am I safe from the heart hypertrophy? Can we prevent that by going for a stable heartrate than a high bpm HIIT cardio on clen?

TL ; DR : I don't want to enlarge my heart on clen and would like to know how can I prevent it.

I don't think anybody on here studied the effects of clen on cardiac hypertrophy. It's all bad for you. Lifting heavy, steroids , clen, cigarettes, alcohol, etc. I wouldn't touch clen, personally. Anything that messes with my heart rate is a no go for me.

I dont do any form of stimulants anymore. I think they are more dangerous to the heart and left ventricle than aas. I cant say anything good for clen other than if you are concerned about your health, then you simply cant do clen imo. If its a “fuck all i dont care about my health i want the best physique possible” then clen is for you, along with ephedrine, high dose caffeine , cocaine, dnp and whatever else you want to do i guess.

But again i have no scientific advice for clen and its adverse health effects on cardiovascular health im sure a google search will return results you will need. I have used clen one run several years ago and dropped it, my hands would shake so bad I decided for me competing was not going to work for me. Im sure theres people here that can expand on your question
