Normal or bad gear?

Never had trouble with gear before including this brand but never had this particular potency before. I got some 500/ml test E from a reputable source that you all would know. A good brand that you all would know too. Not sure if i can say the brand here. Bottle says Enanthate Forte so from that you probably know the brand. Bottle was sealed and wrapped in plastic like normal. I've heard of 500/ml test causing a painful lump and I guess I expected that. I have used a 450/ml blend before with no problem.
This stuff is causing me to swell up so bad and hurt like hell where I pin. Ive never had more than a tiny lump that didn't bother me and thats only been from tren . Never from test. My leg swells from my hip to below my knee and i can't bent my leg at all. Also giving me a low grade fever and some slight nausea. 1sy day of pin I'm totally fine. 2nd day slightly sore and I think I'm ok. 3rd day hurts pretty bad. 4th and 5th day I can't walk and feeling sick. I tried pinning different places and same thing happens. My shoulder also swelled like a balloon over the same time frame and I couldn't move it. Fever came with it too. I'm thinking infection but it lasts a week and then better every time. This has happened from the first pin I ever made from this bottle and gone on about 8 weeks. I'm only pinning a half ml twice per week. I switched back to some 250/ml test I have and haven't had a problem. Went back to the other stuff this week just to see and I swelled up again. What the hell guys?
Is this common or do I have bad gear?

The amount of solvent needed for thing to stay in solution can increase exponentially as the concentration increases. I’ve used 300/ml of short esters before that swell me up and make the muscle so pissy that it’s turning my skin red along the entire belly.
Honestly, I’d question the real dosing of the 450/ml that didn’t set shit off before thinking the 500/ml is bad. I’d be concerned if it didn’t set me on fire.
I just don’t use excessively high concentrations anymore. No reason to, as the best way to lower the inflammatory response is to cut it with another sterile oil, which defeats the whole purpose. If you need 50% sterile oil to make 500/ml stop hurting like hell, you might as well have stuck with 250/ml.

Op if you are injecting anything else like tren or deca or even the test 250 you have will cut the pip level to tolerable if you mix them in the same injection...that always been my experience...

Yeap, this is what I ended up having to do with my aforementioned 300/ml of shorts. Cutting it with about 25% 100/ml short or 250/ml longs went a long way in calming that shit down.

I’ve had 400mg test E that was seriously PiP free. . . I thought it was bogus until I got BW

But, in most cases it is like mentioned, loaded with solvent - I wonder if it has EO

I do believe the solvents utilized to suspend gear definitely have a huge impact.

I’m dealing with some gear that’s only dosed at only 100 mgs per ML (but is notorious for crashing), it has both ass cheeks carrying golf ball sized lumps and has caused both of my shoulders to feel like they were beaten with a stick. I don’t know where else to stick this shit. The solvent smell is so ridiculous, I can smell it in my clothes, my sweat glands, and has permeated my bathroom reeking like guaiacol.

Yeah, I knew it should leave a lump but I guess I had no idea how extreme it would be. I think I'm having a worse reaction than most people. Its even giving me a low fever and some nausea and I'm only pinning a half ml.
Thought I was saving some money. Lesson learned.
I got 4 more bottles. Hopefully a friend will take them off me.
