    EQ Cycle Help

    Any advice would be appreciated, brothers.

    Background: 40 y/o with 15+ years of cycling experience. 225 pounds, 12-14% BF.

    Goal: slow, build, clean and lean, and shredding more in the process is a plus (clean eating at maintenance intake).

    Planning a 12-16 week cycle as follows, any constructive feedback would be appreciated:

    Weekly:
    600 EQ (Boldenone )
    300 testosterone Cypionate
    Proviron 25 AM and 25 PM (50/daily)
    10mg Cialis daily (helps BP)
    10mg Tamoxifen daily (helps lipids)

    Considering adding Primo in for the last 6 weeks as well.

    EQ is trash, IMO. A lot of people don’t like it. It just made me veiny and lethargic, and I even got bloated on it. You want some thick, viscous blood? Take EQ.

    The other option is deca … Deca, test… just finished a Tren cycle recently and need time off that shit.

    Goal is to cut while building lean muscle.

    I currently have Deca, EQ, Primo, Test, proviron

    I would do Test/deca /primo. Keep deca low. Don’t ask me for dosages, cause I don’t know. It’s a trial and error thing, but I run everything moderately. Deca can cause some water retention, but less than test IMO.

    EQ also makes a lot of people very hungry, including me, making it harder when dieting.

    Not sure if that’s a long enough cycle for the eq. It takes so damn long to kick in. Last cycle was 20 weeks on the eq

    I’ve never done EQ Clyde but am always rooting for you and happy to give you a bump brother!

    Been a while since I’ve run primo but this board seems to have a love affair with it recently and for good reason. TMO, Chark and Charger have had good luck with it and can hopefully help point you in the right direction (Flexin too I think).

    I stay with the 19 nors (I’m weird like that). Never any issues with deca at high dosages (with mast and proviron on board) and just firing up some low dose Tren now. I completely understand needing a break, lol

    I agree with running Primo mid to high (4-600) with some low dose Deca (200) and somewhere around 300 mgs of test.

    I think we all have the goal of lean bulking, the diet will run that department. Carb cycling and in and out of surplus. Hard to pinpoint because we all need different macros. I’m one that can lean up on high carbs if my calories are at maintenance or lower.

    I’m trying a higher fat route this time for more caloric bang for my buck.

    It takes experimentation on yourself and noting progress. You have to be your own guinea pig in this game.

    Keep us posted and hopefully the advice keeps rolling in.

    Thanks for the feedback, brothers.

    I’ve had good success, albeit slow, with EQ in the past.

    I decided to go with the following for this cycle, 16-20 weeks total:

    600 EQ (200 EOD)
    300 Test Cyp (100 EOD)
    150 Deca (50 EOD)
    50 Proviron (daily: 25 AM/25 PM)
    .25 Adex (twice weekly)
    10 Cialis (daily)
