About the (op) doubt in this post, about what it takes to get a big, ripped, cracked physique; from my point of view it is necessary to work in 2 phases the first is the phase that the operator will hate (bulking where anyway the body fat will increase in this phase) for consuming high level of calories per day to grow. lol... This is the phase that the guy will dedicate himself to gain as much weight and width as possible without worrying about body fat! Without doing a bulking phase you won't have enough structure to be cracked (even if you use all the steroids they won't do anything for you if you haven't done a well done bulking phase before entering the cutting phase! Another point here! ,a physique builds itself over time, a lot of hard work...long term bulking diet!!Depending on where the guy is on his physique..Bodybuilders don't care when silly people call him fat retained and tall ( bf% ) because of the bulking phase), because he himself knows that when his physique is ready, big, bulky he'll know he's ready to go into a cutting phase! So, better understand what bodybuilding is; it's not being a poster model guy whose physique has to always appear dry, with abs, all the time! Rsrs...

Operator of this post has to know that there is a day of garbage (compensation) refeed, it's not because you see guys eating junkfood that they eat all the time... It's usually only 2 days on weekends.
-
And also for guys who are already muscular and big, many manage to keep their physique ripped with carb cycling where they consume, high carb days, medium carb days and low carb days... So it's not surprising if you see a guy ripped like junkfood on high carb day too, because on that day the calories can also be increased without any problem to sustain the heavy workout!

In case it hasn’t been mentioned… GENETICS!
Requirements for success depend on your goals. I’ve achieved my goals with trt . I believe it been way asier for me thanks
to good genetics in that department.
It’s definitely possible to reach certain goals with poor genetics and aas but IMO you put two people with the same ambition , one with good fitness building genes and one without and you will see the difference.

Some people respond better to the gear than others do, thats mostly the genetics part. You have freakishly muscular people , quite rare with myostatin abnormalities.
Genetics is where your muscle insertions come in, overrall frame whether you are wide or narroe shouldered and so on. Its never an excuse like you mention not to work hard, but working hard wont make you a champion always, the genetically gifted guy will almost always take the show this is of course speaking in higher levels of bbing.

I think most would settle for Jeff Seid's physique..And it doesn't take absurd genetics to reach that level.

Genetics play a big role. Muscle bellies, size of joints, muscle insertions…. Large muscle bellies, small joints, and the right insertions will give the appearance of a more appealing physique.
When we start dieting down to shred up, some people see their arms start to define more first, others the abs, others the legs.
Genetically gifted or not, one can still get big and achieve a very impressive physique through dedication and hard work. It’s just that the genetically gifted hold a higher potential… it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s easier.

Brother everyone responds to test unless you got MAJOR medical issues. The thing no one tells you is your actual total gains do not occur on cycle. It occurs after cycle while at normal test level with tons of sleep and correct diet. While on cycle you are making a stimilus that your body has to respond to. AAS allow you to go way above and beyond to make the stimilus huge. After the cycle sleep your ass off while maintaining a reduced level of activity. This is why so many say "i am not responding". They do not understand the body growth cycle.
