Is this gyno? High e2 signs

Just on cruise dose of 180 to 200 mg test c. Only one my right side. If I touch it my right chest nipple feels fuller than my right like I have a punp only in my right sode if that makes sense. Also have a dull ache in my right upper mid back kind of where my lat is. Any idea what this is?

    Hard to say

Post a pic - but, what you’re looking for is a hard(ish) lump behind the nipple

My gyno took off no matter what I did or ran - even after I got these fuckers taken out, they tried to sprout back - finally after a year or so they are completely gone - I still have residual fat localized at the bottom of the pec area

I have a similar ache in my upper right back. It’s a weird nagging pain...and it doesn’t feel like muscle soreness. Lately, it’s been really bugging me while I’m doing cardio (post w.o.). Interestingly, I’ve upped my adex this week and still feel the pain, but idk if/how the pain is related to estro.

Might be lung irritation in my case, because I smoke e cigs (and I have a pre- and post-workout Marlboro). But I’d be interested to know whether estrogen has any role here, so I can avoid addressing my nicotine addiction.

U can tell if it’s gyno Vs organ pain - gyno is right bellow the skin, along with lymph node like lump

Organ - well, those are much deeper than skin
