How many cycles per year is safe?
I was woundering how many cycles people usally take a year to achieve there goals. I am right now 250lbs i would like to be a solid 275ish. I just got done with my first cycles and apparently didnt know what the fuck i was doing but thanks to these boards my winter cycle shoudl produce alot better results. I am just curious do people gear all year round or do people do like 2 major cycles for 12 weeks then take 12 weeks off between cycles? Thanks for any input.

If you want to know the safest route:
Length of "off time" should = Time for blood test results to normalize or time of cycle length (whichever is longer).

2 cycles a year is smart and safe.
1 14 or 16weeker not bulk nor strict cutter for me, then a 6-7 week cutter.
