Can you take winny tabs once a day or break it up? (part of cycle)

What is the best time of day to take (evening workouts).

this is a good question. i take my winny tabs like this !

50 mg in morning
50 mg before bed.

i dont think it makes a diff !

Winny has a short half-life and to get the best results from it blood levels should be at a constant. If possble try and split your doses at least twice a day. I cycle my winny the same way gundam does and I always take mine with a little grapefruit juice to help with absorbtion.

I agree, twice a day should be good, but you can get away with once if you have to.

Break it up. Every 12 hours. This is JMO but with the short half-life of winny this way will keep your level constant
