    Bloodwork question rbc count high

If my RBC, hemoglobin, and hematocrit is slightly high I was told I can just give blood and all that will fall back into normal range.
    Is that true?
If so, will that affect my test levels? If I give blood should I add some test prop for a week or 2 to bump me levels back up?

    It's not necessary.

Edit: Giving blood is fine, but you don't need to add testosterone to cover for the donation.

My recent bloodwork shows my RBC at 5.89 million/UL. The range is 4.20-5.80.
So I’m not very far out of the range but I do feel a little lethargic. Got an appointment to give blood tomorrow.

In general, it will go down temporarily. But it will come back up. Usually, if you just give blood at the normal intervals that they allow you to give, you'll keep your RBC under control better. Some people phlebotomize themselves at home. But if you don't know what you're doing, then just go to a blood bank (plus you'll save somebody's life).

You shouldn't add any more gear after/before you make your donations. Just continue your cycle as planned.

I gave blood yesterday and felt a lot better pretty much immediately. Slept better. Breathing better. Feel great today. I got 2 questions.
How long does it take for the rbc level to creep back up?
If I give blood while on cycle is there anything that would hurt the recipient of that blood being that I might be on Test Tren , Anadrol , etc.

They asked me questions about what medications I’m on and whether I’ve injected anything not prescribed.
I’m only on my TRT script at the moment so I was able to answer truthfully. I don’t want to hurt anyone who might receive the donation.

There are plenty of things that could hurt the recipient, that is why they likely had a laundry list of questions on the blood draw form.

Most of us simply lie or get a prescription for a therapuetic phlebotomy.

Ive donated 17 times in the last 4 years both on off literally everything and never had an issue with my blood. AAS doesnt work that way. The blood isnt “bad “ or contaminated. The list of medications you sign off on will effect the blood, or disease like hiv or hepatitis. Nothing to worry about dude you’re way overthinking this. Donate the blood, continue to use. Get bloods pulled watch your numbers and donate again when the numbers say its time. Its really simple. Good luck

The only substances I would for sure be concerned about are finasteride and dutasteride. The others, IDK for sure, but those two, yeah, I would be careful with.

When I am on finasteride and need to donate, I stop taking it for a week to 10 days, to let it clear my system. It's half life is 24 hours or so.

Note that I DO donate when I'm blasting, so I am for sure no blood cop lol
