Dbol for recovery after the flu

    Just a quick question.

I haven't been able to train for the last 3 weeks. I'm still feeling fatigued, but need to get going again.

I'm on TRT. Would there be any benefit to using dbol to get my strength back up?

Or is this a stupid question?

    Thanks

If you've been ill and run down, and a cup of coffee or a pre-workout won't get you going, I wouldn't rely on d'bol to do the job. I have a feeling you would be worse off in the long run.

Instead of lifting, focus on some cardio for a week or two, and get some wind back in your sails.
    Cuz and songdog like this.

    Ok thanks you guys.

The flu has just taken it out of me.
I was worried that when I start up again, the strength will be gone.

Guess il hit the gym next week and see what's what.

    Thanks agat

What I would do if I were you is carb up. It'll give you an extra little boost and since you haven't been eating well while you had the flu, you really won't have to worry about a few days of going heavy on the carbs making you put fat on.
