Diet at college
Hey guys startin my next cycle soon and I just realized I have a huge problem concerning my diet. THis year Im living in a small dorm room with no kitchen and only a minifridge and microwave... how the hell am i supposed to get proper nutrition outta that set up??? Chicken??? Eggs? Steak??? they dont serve that stuff at the dining hall everyday... never mind 6 times a day... what do i do??? Im thinkin LOTS of MRPs and protein drinks but thats not nearly a substitute for the real food, some of you guys had to have this problem what do u think i should do?

I bought a george foreman grill, and also just went to some friends houses who had kitchens. We weren't suppost to have grills and shit in our rooms, but then again we weren't suppost to have girls either.

I got around it by using a diet heavy in canned tuna and skim milk. Along with that I ordered alot of food and drank 3 protein shakes a day. Gotta do what you can I guess right

Make GOOD friends with one of the work study guys or girls at the caf. I did that and was able to smuggle out all kinds of chicken, turkey, etc, etc.

Eat your 3 meals a day, try to keep them lean but definitely get your money's worth. The rest will have to do with a Foreman and protein shakes. I'd stay away from the weight gainers as maltodextrin is a very high GI carb.

Foreman and tupaware. I can't stress enough how important tupaware is when your in college. You can do some endless shopping in the cafeteria when you have it.....just don't get caught.

Join a fraternity with a kitchen... although during pledging you might lose a little weight.

I kicked my ex out of my pad and for the last 3 weeks all I've been eating is tuna/potatoe/salsa for about 3-4 meals a day. I really hate cooking and this is the perfect solution.
Tuna is the only thing I have in my covert. It stores easilly and is protein rich. I buy my potatoes by the 10lbs bags and just nuke 2 potatoes and then add some salsa and tuna to it to make a meal.
I'll tell ya that if you eat this for 80% of your meals, then you will gain only muscle and no fat. That's as long as you don't add crap like butter or margerine to your potatoes.
