    Ephedrine and Caffeine

    Guys and gurls,

    I've been away for a little while and I got some great news when I got back, well it could have been better but hey!

    The IOC have taken Caffeine and Ephedrine OFF the banned substance lists. Hence from now on we can use it in competition and training!

    Now thats good news! The better news would have been for them to allow all steroids but hey, we can't have everything!
