EQ dosage??

I was thinking of running Eq at 400mg for 10-12 weeks. This is my first time using EQ. I have heard that it works alot better with a higher dosage. But i was thinking that since it is my first time using i should just stick with 400mg an 500mg of test E. Also i was wondering would it be ok to run this cycle around maybe May with a stronger dosage at say 600mg? Im just asking cause my friend too this cycle an saw great results an i was wondering if i get anything near his results then i would love to run it again. o i forgot im running this cycle dec 1.

ok my stats are 21 years old, 5 '10 190 an have had done one other cycle before this(sus)

After only one cycle you would probably see decent results at 400mg a/wk.
Though most will tell you EQ is rather mild and would serve you better at 600mg a/wk for atleast 12 wks. I would have to agree with this.
