I was wondering how exactly should i be taking it. I just got my order in today and since its 1mg/mL i was thinking of just drawing 1/4 cc per day (.25mg) and just drinking it with water or something in the morning with my first meal.

does that sound about right?

well it depends on the doses you are taking, but your measurements are fine.

you might be fine with .25mg...just depends on how prone you are to gyno...i would use as little as needed, not more

im not taking nolva but if symptoms do occur I will have it on hand. My last cycle was 500mg/w of test E and I didnt use any anti-e's (had them on hand tho) and I was completely fine... I just bloated alot. I think I will be ok with .25mg, I just want to keep the bloat down a little more cause last time my face turned into one of a pillsbury doughboy

i think .25 should be fine, but i would also use nolva 10mg/day, and during PCT...but that's just my 2cc.

I just read an article by Chad Nichols (I believe) in MD mag that said nolvadex can lower your IGF 1 levels if taken for extended periods. He didn't recommend taking it unless you have to (gyno).

IMO, keep the ldex at .5mgs ED and you should be fine.
