Research Tech info
The following email was forwarded to me with a request to post it on AR. I am in no way associated with RT labs or agree with what's stated in the email. The following email and several like it were cause for RT labs to have problems. Lab was moved and production was halted for a couple weeks. They are back in production with new resellers....regardless, here's the email unedited....
It's DEA Internet Crime Division,
Smart to ask for who refered, but sadly every mod and member is willing
to give out your email out on your little board. We know all about you

This post may have some other topic going on but for the email, In my life i have had a few run in with different agencies and none of them gave me a heads up. Federal agencies will contact you as regular people looking to buy or sale some product but if they got you they got you and will not give you a warning to flee town or lawyer up.

Agreed. A real DEA agent wouldn't send and email to explain his future actions or to taunt you. This is also not written as I would expect a Federal Agent to write, either. There is a rather childish tone. I think it was just sent by some asshole who is trying to scare someone.

Sounds like someone is stepping on someone elses toes.
Thats the kind of **** where someone rats on someone else. F/d up

Most definitely fake. The line "even with a clean house we got you for taxes" is gramatically incorrect, not to mention it screams "clean your house"
total bull****. the dea raids with no warning.

lol..thats a funny email.
Well my .2 cents is maybe they got scared and moved but IMO on that email its not legit. I study criminal law and have taken plenty of classes on policing and police functions. Plenty of studies on police techniques and styles. That email definitely did not suite any professionalism exercised by a goverment law enforcement agency.

Either way and any way you look at it, it still serves to underscore the sh*t that constantly surrounds what we're on some level all involved in or thinking of becoming involved in. If the authorities themselves don't get to you, it's only a matter of time before you're scammed, reverse scammed, ratted, "sold out", so on and so forth.

Remeber guys, the person you are calling a bro on here and trading stories on P.M.s is just as likely to be a fed as the guy setting at the court house with his ex bro testifying how he bought or sold him **** for the last two years.
Be safe.

ummm, that looks pretty fake to me. Also, was the suppose to be the actual username of this person "000000", because that username doesn't exist.
And as far as mods giving out this or any sources e-mail address, I certainly hope that's not true. As far as "every mod and member is willing to give out your email out on your little board" considering how many complain because the mods don't even answer source question I seriously doubt this is true either.

Hey guys, I would edit some of that stuff in the email especially the part about the name and alias. I haven't been around for that long but it isn't too hard to tell who everyone is talking about. Wouldn't want to see anything happen to a good bro.

****... major... thanks for the info. Ya'll know how to get ahold of me if anything goes down. As for a few other things I need to talk to ya about something that was said to me recently.

Does the DEA even have a internet crime division?

Funny this comes at the same time as the rumors that are being spread on the other thread. IMO he is cutting into someones biz a little too much and this is a way to get their business back. I seriously doubt a FED would email him a warning before he raided his ****. AND I don't even know the guy nor would I give out any sources to members. I bet there are quite a few disappointed newbies who would attest to that.

There's no doubt that the email did not come from the DEA, but that's not really relevant here. If someone has your personal info, and is not happy with you for whatever reason, you should be concerned. It would only take one anonymous email to do a lot of damage.
Still I think it's real ****ed up that someone would go that route. Narcs are even worse than scammers!
