pct and wanting weight loss?
What kind of stack with clen /t3? how much, and what type of diet? I aquired quite a bit of both recently. just came off a 20 week cycle of test-e and would love to try and slim down. I'm 305 and wouldn't mind being 275-265. Cardio is planned along with high reps with less weight for a while also. I do have enough Test e for another cycle but am leary of how soon to start. Its my 3rd week off and have now been in pct with nov/clomid for about a week. Acne on the shoulders and face are real bad in the past week or two, does this normally clear up? Id been on a much shorter cycle in the past but not experianced this much acne.
Any help is greatly appreciated

I don't think it's a good idea to try and lose weight during pct.

For your diet, just keep the same basic bodybuilding diet with a gradual reduction in calories until you go below your weight maintenance level. The standard rule for breaks between cycles is time on plus PCT = time off. Also, the acne wil begin to clear up once PCT is finished.

no t3. But i have ready somwhere that clen is good to use post cycle. I will try and find the article if i can get it.

Wait at least 6wks after PCT before lowering cals. For now, raise them another 500 and keep your gains if your interested in doing so.
Dont do T3 without at least test.

Thanks for all the input. I guess I am waiting.... I was just trying to loose weight for spring break in april.
So off time will be 20 weeks+3. ****, shorter cycles are gonna be better?
