Which cycle is better for a newbie? Stats: 6'1, 185.

250 mg sus e5d days 1-50
200 mg eq e5d days 1-50
winny 50mg eod days 36-64

-or-

500 mg sus weeks 1-2
400 mg eq weeks 1-2
250 mg sus e5d days 19-59
200 mg eq e5d days 19-59
winny 50mg eod days 45-73

I have nolva and clomid on hand.

The first one is the better of the two but I would cut out the winny since its your first time. Also I would extend it to 70days min.

70 days for both eq and sus? also how should I use the nolva or do I even need to?....I am paranoid about gyno.

yeah use the nolva if you are paranoid about it, just take 10mg ED and then 10-20mg during PCT.
