syringe laws?

does anybody know where to obtain information on individual states laws pertaining to syringe purchases or possession. I almost sound like a lawyer in that question.

Fla. Stat. Ann. §893.147(3)(b). This provision does not require a prescription for the legal possession of the syringe.

Although it is not illegal to possess them, they do require a script of some sort to purchase them.......

I have lived in Florida and I have lived in Ohio they both have similiar laws regarding pinz, go to your local farm and fleet they have all the needles you could want as well as fina pellets, injectable b-12, you can easily get needles at most farm supply stores.......

Do what I do. If they try to refuse to sell them to me I cause a big scene. Tell them you are a heroine addict, who also has a need for pain (hence the 23 guage, 1.5 inch needle). Ask the phamacist if they would prefer you to share a needle from another user rather than sell you clean ones. I know it sounds crazy (I am crazy by the way, and I have no shame) but you'll only have to do it once. After that they will want to give you what you want and get you out of there ASAP. Go to Walgreens.
