    Steroid Cycle

    I use to run for 3 years. I had been trying many ergogenics suplements to build up muscle mass. Also some medications to improve my blood chemestry, like hemoglobin. But I need to improve my muscle mass more. I'm looking for a steroid cycle for improve my speed. If anyone could help me I apreciate it. Thanks!

    You gonna have to give us way more info then that bubba like stats, goals, training exp.

    Ok, still like to know age, goals and training exp. Training exp like do you hit the weights or just run all the time? Goals, more specific other than being faster. Not sure if AAS is the route he wants.

    I have 39 years old. I plan to run 21 kilometer race at least in 1 hr an 10 min. Expected weight 155.

    being a runner you are going to have a real hard time putting any mass on because you are consistently burning muscle, thus the flattened look of a runner. why more muscle mass to run?

    Ok so you want to be fast. I think in your type of training would any none eromatising anabolics with prop. A cycle might look like this
    150 mg eod prop 1-12
    25mg ed of winny 6-12
    eq 400mg/wk 1-12

    I am not a runner so I dont have a clue if this is the right protocol, but I think these drugs would help.

    I don't think a AAS cycle will help you to run better in that distant.. if you where running 100m.. then it's ok.. cuz you need explosivity.. but not in 21 km...

    39 YRS, RUN 21K IN 1'10", NOW I RUN ONLY. LAST YEAR I USE WEIGHT LIFTING TO IMPROVE MUSCLE MASS. CIRCUIT WEIGHT LIFTING COMBINED WITH RUNNING. IN THIS SEASON I PLAN TO RUN.
