do what you feel like doing...you grow when you rest, not while you train so if you think you need rest then do it...this isnt rocket science

PLEASE don't go to the gymn if you are sick, i HATE it when i see sick people at the gymn touching all the exuipment and spreading there disease's i just want to kill them.
    don't be so inconsiderate.

this is not a flame i just want to mention it cause alot of people don't even think about it this way. and it one of my biggest pet-peeves.

The symptoms may be the result of the gear you are running. What are you currently on? How many cycles have you run?
