over training??
hey guys i know that one of the effects you feel from juicing makes you wanna stay in the gym longer and lift more.. heres my question..my cycle is designed more for bulking thats what id like to get out of it.. to get bigger and stronger should i just continue doing more and more until i cant lift nomore? or should i stop when i normally would when the blood is flowing and im feeling very tight? how will i benefit the best for the best results?

learn to listen to your body. this only takes time. and there is absolutely no need to go more that 16 sets a body part.

Wow....... lift heavy......... i am force out of the gym sometimes when i am on.... too much pain from skin stretching, lower back pumped... massive weight lifted..
max in the gym..... 1 hour..........
+ cardio time a week..

you can still overtrain wile on AS, but it is just a little harder. I would just try to hit it hard for no longer than 1.5 hours. I would say just over and hour is ideal, but like they said learn to listen to your body
