Here's a list of info needed when u want your cycle critiqued
I have seen on many occasions that some people leave out some very important info when they want help with putting a cycle together. Here is a list of stuff u should add to your cycle critique questions:
AGE
WEIGHT
HEIGHT
TRAING EXPERIENCE
GOALS
DIET
CYCLE EXPERIENCE
All this listed above will help more knowledgeable bros help you more.
Ow one more thing....will you please go ahead and have some sort of cycle layed out(example listed below). Asking questions like how much should I take or what will add mass to my skinny body will not get the replies you are hoping for. So please use the EDUCATIONAL FORUM first, that's why it's there to help educate you.
Example of how a cycle should be layed out to be critiqued: (I'm NOT saying do this cycle!!!)
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 25mg ed(every day)
Weeks 1-10 Test Enan 500mg ew(every week)
Weeks 1-12 Nolva 10mg ed
Weeks 1-12 L-dex .25 ed
Weeks 13-15 PCT
PCT-
Clomid 300/100/50
Nolva 20mg ed
If you will list your cycles like this when asking questions and add the info listed above, you will get some possitive feedback from some very knowledgeable people. Please take time and do this.
