cardio and diet first.. then think about a cuttign cycle.. otherwise its a ENORMOUS waste of money and time..... theres a PILE of threads on this topic.. first go to the diet formum.. get that straightened out.. then head on over to workout forum.. then come back to the steriod forum..

So here is the lesson Im going to give you future cutters.........
Follow a CKD diet with a nice ECA stack for (depending on how much weight you got to lose) a few weeks or months if need be. Do it with no T3 or AAS. Once your body seems to be slowing down fat burning wise, then begin the "Ultimate Cutter." ONLY THEN WILL YOU SEE THE POWERFUL EFFECTS OF WHAT T3, CLEN , and AAS WILL DO!!!!!! It helps you burn a nice amt. of fat INCLUDING those stubborn fat cells around the nipple and gut that drug-free dieting seems to fail at getting rid of.
If I had to do this over I would have done a CKD for 2 months, w/ cardio, weights, etc. Eat maintnence for a week or two to give my body a lil rest. Then began my ultimate cutter. But no I was impatient as hell and am now paying the price.
I would have appreciated it so so so so much more and would have reached my goal no doubt.

If you have "will power that doesnt quit" then I would look into cardio, diet, and ECA. That should be all that you need.

If you're wanting to diet dwon and cut up.....than a good diet, training, cardio, and possibly an ECA stack....AS should come later once you've gone as far as you can without it.
