When i get up to the higher ends of the clen dosages such as 100mcgs should i seperate the doses so that i take 25mcgs, every few hours?

also do i have to take taurine during the 2 weeks off?

Im currently in the middle of a clen cycle. Im taking 140mcg's, or seven pills a day...all at once, and have experienced positive results...clen stays active for like 35 hours, so it shouldn't matter if you take them all at once or not.

Also, taurine is a good supplement, and can be taken even during the off period...I do! I also found the need to supplement potassium. This minimizes cramps and muscle spasms.

Whenever I take clen , I usually split the bigger doses up. One in the morning and one at lunch time. Don't suppose it matters too much, but I find that I can tolerate it better that way. Also, take the taurine in the off weeks too.

whats taruine do?? where do you get it?? im going to be starting clen next monday... i have potiassium pills but everyone recommends taruine..

Clen tends to deplete taurine levels, so you should supplement while on!

I like taking it all at once in the morning. I find when I split the doses in half (1 in A.M. & 1 at noon) I have trouble sleeping. Just my .02. Good luck man.

I have to agree... taking it in the afternoon/evening gives me sleeping problems. take it in the morning.
