Can you guys help me out i'm doing a cutting cycle on a low calorie diet. I still have those massive hunger cravings so I need something to help suppress my hunger.

mmmmm....crystal light is great...but hard to make at work... i get cravings usually at work...easy to refill a bottle of water...if the time is right, i will have a protein bar...if i gotta eat, it will be something good...

I personally prefer protein drinks. They are usually low in carbs 0-5 grams, and low in calories usually less than 250 for 55 grams of protein. It fills me up and I know I won't be hurting for nutrition.
