Deca Primo found in mexico legit?

Hey alright so some friends of mine just came back from Cancun and did some shopping. One of them came back with these amps that are 250 mg and say they are deca and primo, I've never heard of the 2 being stacked together already and was wondering if they were legit. Also he only has 6 amps and I was wondering if they would even do anything if I took them. I'm about 167 lbs.

i'm going to cancun this summer-good chance to get some gear. did your friends send the gear back to the states? or did they take them with them on the plane/ sounds a bit risky to me but was just wondering?
