advice for coming off
well i started my cycle and i am 3 weeks into it..i am on deca 300 and sus 250...i have gained about 10 pounds already and i am feeling really good....does anyone have any advice about if should change my work out up after i am done..right now i am doin 8-10 reps for everything...should i drop the reps lower when i come off or should i leave it and should i change my work outs..thanx

I'd drop reps a bit. Try a morre power-lifting type routine. Go heavy. I try never to give any weight on any lift. I lose some reps but reduce weight. Just a spotter to help out a bit more. It helps mentally and also forces your body to try and hold on to the muscle since you are telling it you still need to lift the same big weight.s Make sense?

so do u think i should drop down to about 3 sets of 6 or should i throw in another set to keep it working.

oh yea also say for some odd reason i can;t get clomid..i know there is some anti estrogens that r legal but not as strong as clomid would be...would anyone have any advice for me on what to take if for some reason can;t get my hands on it..i know i probably can i just wannabe safe

starting a cycle without an anti estrogen is a big no no bro .
Theres is nothing legal that will come close to clomid .

oh i was just asking..i know i can get it but for some odd reason i couldn't..just curious...my town is full of juice heads so i am ok on it

How many sets are you presently doing? If you are doing too many now, then for sure lower it. If not then you shold be good where you are. Just lower the reps so as to go as heavy as possible. Change up the exercises as well. If you aren't doing squats and deads then get your pansy ass in gear and do 'em! You'll thank me come next cycle.

yea i talk to the kid and he has the clomids..i can;t do dead lifts or regular squats cause i tore my acl last year but i do squats on this machine which i feel i geta better work out then the regualr ones...right no wi am doin 3 sets 8-10 reps

yea i know...my brother said he could get them for me but he hasn;t attempted to get them so i am goin through someone else and i am getting them probably tomorrow...or def over the weekend...it was stupid of me to leave out the most important thing
