    pimpels

    what is da best cure for this little bugers .3 days till my cycle and want to make sure i dont get any.it is nasty i get them in my face neck chest back.i have some retin-a 0.1 mg. and some erythromycm(antibiotic) it works out alittle but not much .i heard accuttane is good but hard to get

    This has been answered in the educational thread under acne but I would take vitamin b5 (pantothenic acid) at 5 to 10 grams a day.

    Critters

    Tanning helps a ton. Exfoliating daily is good. Drying them out w/ alcohol. DO NOT POP THEM!!! THis will cause scarring if done to often. Frequent hot showers, sauna's. The goal is to keep oil secretion to a minimum. All of these help bro.

    You can buy tea tree oil soap this should help a little.
