Help out a newbie
First time user here looking to cut up about 75% and get about 25% bigger. What produts/diet do you all recommend

I'm not someone that likes to come on and tell people to research but you are going to have to do better than this if you want an answer. This question is way to broad. Give us stats including age, weight, BF%, training exp, AAS exp. Research the different products and decide what ones you are interested in and then begin to ask about those. Tell us what your diet is like currently. Read, read, and read some more then I am sure you will get a great deal of advice on the questions you do have.

You cant do both at the same time. If your a fatty. go on a diet. And run some miles. If you havent done a cycle before then go on diet first. Taking Test about 400 a week w/ some EQ 400 a week should be fine for a newbie. Do cardio like crzy!

It isnt your fault that you know very little, everyone starts somewhere-and you should start in the education forums.
Just make this thread your formal introduction. Post your stats, age, expierience in lifting and AAS use.

Hey Bro, what are your stats? That's a must if u want some help on this board. Take Rickson's advice. Make sure that you do some solid research before you ask for help like this. I did the same thing, and haven't been here that long either. After a few months of solid research, I still don't know 1% of what there is to know. However, it will open your eyes as to your potential, and the methods required to attain some realistic results. Once you post your stats, and have a better overall knowledge, the good bros on this board will gladly help you along. Good luck.
